Many organisations start with PowerPoints, manuals, policy documents or an expert who knows everything. That is valuable source information, but not yet effective e-learning.

A client does not need to provide a ready-made course design. We start with the target group, the problem and the desired behaviour or outcome.
After that, we speak with the subject matter experts and delve into the material to the level needed to properly guide the learner. We ask questions, identify gaps, make choices and structure the content.
The Subject Matter Expert remains responsible for content accuracy. Maxcademy takes on Learning Design, editing, scripts, production, project management, revisions, QA and technical delivery.

Frequently asked questions about custom e-learning
Basically, we mainly need access to the right content experts, existing source materials, and timely feedback. You do not need to create scripts or complete course designs in advance.
That depends on the amount of source material and complexity. We try to organise expert input efficiently through targeted interviews and review moments, so that experts mainly need to provide and validate their subject matter.
Maxcademy can fully write the scripts and learning content based on interviews and existing sources. The subject matter expert then checks the accuracy of the content.
Yes. We like to use existing material as a source, but we do not simply put it online one-to-one. We first determine what learners really need to know, do, or decide and build the learning experience around that.
The price depends on length, complexity, media, and interaction.
As an indication, a regular module of about 15 minutes at Maxcademy costs approximately € 1,500 excluding VAT. This can include, among other things, scripts, animation, and LMS or SCORM delivery. More complex productions are budgeted separately.
A regular module can usually be developed in about 2 to 4 weeks. The exact lead time mainly depends on scope, availability of experts and speed of feedback.
